Sciences of youths (BG)

Sciences nourish youths,
But each a youth is like a python,
And he takes off from his land,
Wearing on his head water-can.
Garments of dog are hanging on him;
He is lighter of the sun itself,
He's proudly fluttering under the heavens,
At all not knowing anything.

Under him a river, over it – the tree,
There fishes are falling to the bottom.
And between the bushes wanders a maiden,
And all that she has, all is seen.
And he in a fit of youthful passion
Is flying onto a maiden haughtily,
He screams and he tears her into parts,
And he rumples her delicate sides.

Winter will pass, summer will come,
And all will become to him not that;
He threatens maiden with a pistol,
And all the time in a hurry to wear a coat.
Goodbye, the villain, the crown of nature;
Gnaw by the teeth the wires;
To you of infant freedom
Not to see more never.
